My name is Stephanie Strenger and it's an honor to begin my 7^th year serving as the principal of Walden School. It's an amazing place to call home. I have worked in the Deerfield 109 schools since 2005, starting as a primary teacher at Wilmot, moving to Walden as an instructional coach, spending one year at Shepard as the assistant principal, and returning to Walden as the principal in 2019. I have enjoyed every position in this incredible district, and I am proud of the work we have done over the years for students and families. Walden is a place where students come first. Our staff is extremely committed to getting to know each child individually and supporting their social-emotional and academic growth. We work in partnership with families and are committed to creating the best possible educational environment for our Wildcats. It is my privilege to be a part of this team and I am looking forward to the 25-26 school year!
